| The AlBan Office, located in the University of Oporto, is the office responsible for the implementation of Programme AlBan. It has, among others, the following attributions: - Launching of calls to scholarship applications Preparation of the necessary documentation for the presentation of applications, verification of eligibility, technical and scientific evaluation and preparation of the proposal of applications to be selected; - Scholarship follow-up Follow-up of the grantees' activities in the European Union and payment of the scholarships, Conducting follow-up visits to the grantees in the host institutions, Implementation of the Alumni Network; - Promotion and diffusion of Programme AlBan Organization of the annual conference, Coordination of the Network of Focal Points in Latin America. |
