The applicants to Alßan postgraduate scholarships must have been accepted by one eligible host Higher Education Institution (HEI). The eligible HEI’s are all those that are recognised as such by the competent national authorities in their country.

The eligible HEIs of each European Union Member State are those included in the information received by the European Commission from the respective education authorities and intends to help the applicants to identify possible host institutions.

Applicants to Alßan specialisation scholarships must be accepted by a recognised host Higher Level Training Centre. Because of the high number of organisations that can participate in the programme, no reference list is available.
